  • How can I determine my size?

  • How do I care for my organic clothing?
    Because eco-friendly water-based ink is used for the designs, the print can fade easily, so it’s important to follow the care instructions below: FOR PRINTED DESIGNS Always wash in cold water Hand wash if specified on the tag Don’t use bleach or any strong detergent products Do not machine dry. Hang or lay flat to dry. Wash similar clothes together FOR CLOTHING WITHOUT DESIGNS Always wash in cold water Hand wash if specified on the tag Don’t use bleach or any strong detergent products Do not machine dry. Hang or lay flat to dry. Wash similar clothes together FOR HOODIES Wear your hoodie as many times as possible before washing it. Since you’ll probably wear a shirt underneath your hoodie, it won’t need washing as frequently as clothes that come into direct contact with your skin. Turn your hoodie inside-out before washing, especially if it has a a screen print or applique on the front. If the hoodie zips, zip it first. Wash in cold water on the gentle cycle with a color-preserving laundry detergent Hang to dry instead on putting in the dryer. Not only will it last longer but, it prevents shrinkage.   • What payment methods can I use to make a purchase and is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Our site is completely safe and secure using an SSL Digital Certificate. It is guaranteed 100% safe to use. We encrypt your information during checkout and never store your credit card information online.
  • How quickly are orders processed?
    Our clothing is printed on demand to prevent waste due to excess inventory. All new orders will ship approximately 2 weeks after your order is placed.
  • Will I receive a confirmation email? What should I do if I dont?
    You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please: Check your spam folder Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to comfort@purpleirisboutique.com with the correct address, and we’ll resend the confirmation. If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn't find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please send an email to comfort@purpleirisboutique.com and we'll have it resent to you.
  • How do I view and track my order?
    We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 1 - 3 days to update. To track your order, go to your orders page.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Changes and Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of the order being placed. This includes address, email, or product changes. To change your order, please send us an email to comfort@purpleirisboutique.com.
  • Can I exchange my purchase?
    Yes, but only size or color exchanges. Exchanges can be made up to 15 days from the date you received your order. Contact us to start an exchange. Important notice: You will be responsible for paying the postage fee on the new order. You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please ensure to order the correct replacement size.
  • How do I return an item for a refund?
    Complete contact us to start a refund. Once approved, you will be emailed a return label You may return your item (s) in their new and original conditions (never worn or washed) within 15 days. Please include your order number on the outside of the package. As soon as we receive the item and it has been inspected and determined it can be resold, we will issue you a refund.
